Step into a dynamic contract role supporting students' speech and language development in a school setting near Arlington Heights, IL. This position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, beginning with orientation on August 3 and the first student day on August 6, 2026, running through May 27, 2027. You'll have your placement tailored to your skills and interests, ensuring your expertise is matched where it matters most.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Eligible for, or holding, CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience working in a school-based environment is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students on your caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, family members, and interdisciplinary staff to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Engage in process improvements for enhanced student services
