Quick Facts: Location: Findlay, Ohio at a leading healthcare facility Start Date: Flexible; immediate or scheduled as needed End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Permanent position Shift: Four clinic days + one remote admin day Hours/Week: Approximately 40+ hours/week Employment Type: Full-time, hospital-employed License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Experience: Prior Hematology/Oncology experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits: Salary: Guaranteed base salary of $550,000 annually Additional Compensation: Signing bonus + student support totaling $155,000 Schedule: Flexible; wRVU (no cap) Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, six weeks PTO, $10,000 CME allowance, relocation assistance, 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match, and more Other: PSLF-eligible, hospital-employed position What You’ll Do: Provide expert Hematology and Oncology care across inpatient and outpatient settings Work within a multidisciplinary team including 3 physicians and 2 APPs Manage patient consultations, treatment plans, and follow-ups Participate in tumor board meetings and clinical trial opportunities Collaborate with specialists and support staff to deliver comprehensive cancer care Utilize advanced technology and resources like Mayo Clinic Care Network services Engage in patient education and counseling What You Need: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to quality patient care About the Assignment: Join a dynamic, growing cancer program at a modern, expanded cancer center offering medical and radiation oncology, infusion suites, advanced imaging, and a range of supportive services.
