Quick Facts Location: 1900 South Main Street, Findlay, OH 45840 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Flex hours, outpatient and surgical responsibilities Hours/week: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time, salaried License/Certs: Board-certified in Otolaryngology Experience: Proven experience in ENT medical and surgical care preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package: Base salary range $515,000 to $800,000 annually, including potential wRVU bonuses and incentives Additional compensation: Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, productivity bonus, stipends, and loan repayment support available Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, CME stipend, and more What You’ll Do Provide full-spectrum ENT care to a broad patient base with limited competition in the area Manage an average of 20-30 patient visits per day in outpatient clinics Perform surgeries using advanced technology including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots across multiple locations Collaborate with audiology and subspecialist teams, such as allergy, endocrinology, and neurosurgery Participate in team-based inpatient care supported by advanced practice providers and hospitalists Take backup call coverage only, with primary call handled by APPs Contribute to a supportive, flexible work environment that values work-life balance and physician wellness Engage in occasional teaching opportunities for medical students and trainees (optional) Utilize cutting-edge surgical and hospital resources to deliver outstanding patient care What You Need Active Ohio medical license and board certification in Otolaryngology At least 3-5 years of clinical ENT experience preferred Strong surgical skills and proficiency with advanced ENT technology Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio, dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare.
