Quick Facts Location: Findlay, Ohio, 45840 Start Date: 07/24/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Outpatient, 4-5 days/week, flexible schedule Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: BC/BE in Pulmonology, Ohio medical license (or eligible) Experience: Preferred 2+ years in pulmonary/critical care Pay & Benefits Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of $500,000 with uncapped productivity bonus ($84 per wRVU) Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 (split over Year 1 and Year 2) Paid Time Off: 5 weeks annually CME Allowance: $5,000 Relocation Assistance: $10,000 Retirement: 403(b) plan with 4% employer match Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage Other: Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient pulmonary and critical care for adult patients in a hospital-based clinic Perform procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, and ventilator management Collaborate with 24/7 in-house hospitalist team for comprehensive patient care Manage a patient volume of approximately 20 follow-ups and 40 new consultations daily Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient records What You Need Active BC/BE in Pulmonology and Ohio medical license or eligibility Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience Proficiency in pulmonary procedures and critical care management Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio, committed to delivering high-quality pulmonary and critical care services.
