Quick Facts Location: 1900 South Main Street, Findlay, OH 45840 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent position Shift: Outpatient clinic hours (flexible schedule options) Hours/week: 40+ hours (flexible based on schedule) Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (your choice) License/Certs: Ohio Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in Rheumatology Experience: 2+ years preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive base salary starting at $300,000/year for 40 hours/week Up to $500,000/year with productivity bonuses (wRVU) $50,000 signing bonus Up to $10,000 relocation assistance Loan repayment options available $5,000 annual CME and board certification support Pay package discussed upon application Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match (starting Year 2) Paid time off: 248 hours (vacation, holidays, CME) Sick time accrual up to 600 hours Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) What You’ll Do Provide outpatient rheumatology care at a modern outpatient facility Manage a personalized patient mix and age groups Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across specialties Participate in weekly CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs Use Cerner EMR for inpatient and outpatient documentation Optionally teach medical students and APP trainees Leverage Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert for best practices Support patient care with full in-house hospitalist support for inpatient needs What You Need MD or DO with Ohio medical license or eligibility Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a dynamic, patient-centered team at a nationally recognized, award-winning health system in Findlay, Ohio.
