Quick Facts Location: 10864 Texas Health Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76244 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: 7.5 24-hour shifts/month (flexible to 5.5 shifts/month) Hours/Week: Varies by schedule Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certifications: Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN; Active Texas medical license preferred Experience: Relevant OB hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits Compensation rate: $135/hr (~$292,000/year) (full-time schedule) Potential sign-on bonus (discussed at interview) Relocation assistance, if applicable Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance, short- and long-term disability benefits Paid sick time per state/federal laws 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Employee stock purchase program (15% discount) Additional voluntary benefits: critical illness, accident plans, identity protection, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You’ll Do Provide OB triage, admissions, and attend deliveries, including cesarean sections Manage high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with maternal-fetal medicine specialists Participate in OB/GYN outpatient triage visits and OBED consults Support in the Level II NICU with neonatologists and nurse practitioners Respond to emergencies and GYN-related ER consults Assist with surgical procedures during deliveries Provide inpatient care and care for unassigned patients Contribute to a team dedicated to quality patient outcomes and community care What You Need Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Active Texas medical license (or eligible to obtain) Minimum 2 years of OB hospitalist experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work flexible schedules in a hospital setting About the Assignment You will join a highly regarded hospital serving over 50,000 patients annually in North Fort Worth and surrounding communities.
