\nWe are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Dining Room Manager / Culinary Services Manager to lead daily service execution across multiple culinary venues. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fine dining environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional resident and guest experience.\n
\n
\nYou’ll partner closely with the Director of Culinary and Hospitality to elevate service standards, develop team members, and ensure seamless operations across dining, events, and catering.\n
\n
\nAs a visible leader on the floor, you will:\n
\n
\nLead day-to-day service operations across all culinary venues\n
\nDeliver an elevated, polished fine dining experience for residents and guests\n
\nCoach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members\n
\nProvide daily direction and ensure smooth service flow\n
\nSupport both front and back of house operations as needed\n
\nCollaborate on menu presentation and overall dining experience design\n
\nOversee Point of Sale (POS) systems, training team members as needed\n
\nManage alcohol inventory and vendor relationships (wine & beer)\n
\nAssist with resident billing, catering coordination, and event planning\n
\nSupport recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of team members\n
\nParticipate in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions\n
\nHelp build and maintain a high-level fine dining training program\n
\nStep in to support payroll processes in the Director’s absence\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n
\nWhat We Need In A Manager:\n
\n
\n3+ years of experience in fine dining, events, or catering leadership\n
\nStrong leadership presence with a team-first mindset\n
\nPassion for delivering exceptional hospitality and service standards\n
\nExperience with POS systems, inventory management, and operations oversight\n
\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment\n
\nExcellent communication skills with residents, guests, and team members\n
\nHospitality Management degree (preferred) or equivalent experience\n
\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods\n
\nAbility to read and follow written instructions and communicate clearly\n
\n
