Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Interpret, verify, and process physician medication orders
Perform and oversee sterile compounding in accordance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards
Conduct final verification of compounded sterile preparations
Review medication profiles for dosing accuracy, allergies, drug interactions, and compatibility
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Supervise, mentor, and train pharmacy technicians and support staff
Maintain cleanroom operations, aseptic techniques, and environmental monitoring standards
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including DEA, OSHA, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations
Participate in quality assurance initiatives, medication safety programs, audits, and continuous process improvement
Maintain accurate compounding, batch, quality assurance, and regulatory documentation
Assist with inventory management, controlled substances, and daily pharmacy operations
Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and staff training programs
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution
Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing
Previous Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) experience required
Strong sterile compounding experience required
Thorough knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, DEA, OSHA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding
Home infusion, specialty pharmacy, oncology, or hospital pharmacy experience
Experience managing pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
