Quick Facts Location: 2420 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula, OH 44004 Start Date: Negotiable End Date/Duration: Open-ended Shift: Full-time, negotiable schedule Hours/Week: 17-20 patients/day on average Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology; ACLS; BLS Experience: Not specified, but relevant Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application; competitive MGMA guidelines Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation allowance, if applicable 3-year contract structure with guaranteed salary year 1 & 2, productivity-based year 3 Malpractice, health insurance, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, CME allowance, and other benefits included What You'll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient urology consultations and procedures Utilize DaVinci surgical robotic system for complex surgeries Collaborate with a team of 2 Urologists in a multispecialty group Work with well-defined referral sources from primary care providers Manage a patient population comprising approximately 50% adult and 50% geriatric patients Participate in on-call duties (10 days/month) Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality Document with EMR system (EPIC) What You Need US Medical License and current Board certification or eligibility in Urology ACLS and BLS certifications Ability to see 17-20 patients daily Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to relocate within 40 miles of Ashtabula or reside locally About the Assignment This opportunity is based at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center, a reputable acute care hospital recognized for quality and patient safety.
