Quick Facts: Location: St. Louis, MO Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Night (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:00) / Day shifts (07:00 - 18:00 or 07:00 - 19:00) Hours/week: 36-40 Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: Missouri license required; BLS mandatory; ACLS preferred Experience: 1.5-2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $100.50 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Travel, licensing, and certification reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient care for adult BMT, hematology, and cellular therapy patients Conduct daily rounds, assessments, and discharge planning Support bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions Manage complications such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within an academic hospital setting What You Need: Valid Missouri license and Board Certification in Nurse Practitioner 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience BLS certification; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills Ability to work flexible day and night shifts About the Assignment: This assignment involves supporting inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) services and hematology specialties at a renowned academic hospital. The role includes managing complex transplant cases, providing patient education, and collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
