Low Voltage Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Low Voltage Electricians for projects located in or around Fairfax, IA. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $62/hour based on experience plus $150/per diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the Jobsite. Job Scope:

• Install raceways for low-voltage electrical systems
\n
• Pull and route electrical cable
\n
• Perform electrical terminations
\n
• Install cable bus and busway systems
\n
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all site safety standards and procedures
\n
• Work efficiently to meet project schedules and production goals
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Must possess a current Iowa Journeyman Electrician License or a reciprocal Journeyman License from one of the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin & Wyoming
\n
• Candidates using a reciprocal license must register with the State of Iowa and provide proof of 16,000 hours worked in the licensed state
\n
• Must have experience with commercial or industrial electrical installations
\n
• Must have own tools
\n
• Must be reliable and able to work a consistent schedule
\n
