Quick Facts Location: Olympia, WA (413 Lilly Road Northeast, Olympia, WA 98506) Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing / as needed Shift: 24-Hour Beeper Call (Inpatient) Hours/week: Varies per schedule Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certs: Active WA License or IMLC, DEA Required, BC in Urology Experience: Urology surgical skills required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (to be discussed upon bid submission) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide inpatient urology care on a 24-hour beeper call basis Respond to callbacks averaging 4-5 hours daily (variable) Handle urology surgical cases as needed Cover approximately 1 week per month, with multiple 24-hour shifts Collaborate with hospital staff and ensure patient safety and continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient encounters What You Need Valid and active medical license in Washington or eligible via IMLC Board Certified in Urology DEA registration At least 2 years of urology surgical experience Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Olympia, Washington, committed to delivering high-quality inpatient urology care.
