Work closely with elementary students, and occasionally with secondary students, managing a caseload of 40-50 individuals. You'll deliver essential speech-language therapy, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with educational teams during meetings—all on-site to provide hands-on support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid and active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (documentation required upon application)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, especially with pediatric and adolescent populations
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage typical SLP duties, including therapy, evaluations, and participating in meetings
  • Comfortable working with both elementary and some secondary grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of 40-50 students
  • Conduct evaluations and reassessments to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educational professionals, families, and other related service providers
  • Participate actively in team meetings, IEP discussions, and documentation of services and progress
  • Maintain compliance with all state and school regulations regarding student care
