Job Description

Work closely with elementary students, and occasionally with secondary students, managing a caseload of 40-50 individuals. You'll deliver essential speech-language therapy, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with educational teams during meetings—all on-site to provide hands-on support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (documentation required upon application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior school-based experience preferred, especially with pediatric and adolescent populations
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage typical SLP duties, including therapy, evaluations, and participating in meetings
- Comfortable working with both elementary and some secondary grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of 40-50 students
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educational professionals, families, and other related service providers
- Participate actively in team meetings, IEP discussions, and documentation of services and progress
- Maintain compliance with all state and school regulations regarding student care
