Quick Facts Location: 205 North East Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201 Start Date: 05/05/2026 End Date/Duration: Contract to be discussed; potential for extension Shift: 8- or 10-hour shifts, Monday or Friday every week Hours/Week: 32-40 hours Employment Type: Locum, with potential for placement License/Certs: Active CRNA certification Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $184.25/hour Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Administer anesthesia safely for general surgical procedures across pediatric and adult patients Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases and spinal anesthesia Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgeries Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams within a hospital setting Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation as needed Contribute to a schedule of approximately 50 cases daily, rotating among multiple ORs Maintain patient safety during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases What You Need Active CRNA license in Michigan or eligible for licensing Prior anesthesia experience preferred Ability to work independently within a supervised environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Comfort with general, neurosurgical, and spinal anesthesia About the Assignment This assignment is based at a leading hospital in Jackson, MI, housed within a Level II Trauma Center environment.
