Quick Facts Location: 9483 North Fort Washington Road, Fresno, CA 93730 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Ongoing direct-hire opportunity Shift: 5-6 twenty-four-hour shifts per month (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) Hours/Week: Approx. 20-24 hours/month Employment Type: Full-time, direct-hire License/Certs: Must hold current CA medical license, Board Certification in OB/GYN, BLS, ACLS, DEA Experience: Must have delivery experience; 1-5 years preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this field reflects the provided pay data; actual salary discussed during interview) Benefits include: Competitive salary package (to be discussed during interview) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure and certification reimbursements Paid holidays and accrued time off Robust referral bonus program 24/7 support from dedicated team Travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient obstetrics care in a busy hospital setting with a Level 2 NICU Manage approximately 4-5 deliveries per 24-hour shift; majority vaginal, 25% C-sections Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality obstetrical services Attend to prenatal, delivery, and postpartum patients Document patient care using EPIC EMR system Participate in weekend shifts and holiday coverage with premium pay options Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements What You Need Required: California medical license (or active application in progress) Board Certified in OB/GYN Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA licenses Delivery experience for obstetrics care COVID-19 vaccination compliance Preferred: 1-5 years of OB hospitalist experience Fellowship not required but welcome About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Fresno offering a supportive environment for OB hospitalists committed to delivering exceptional maternal care.
