Competitive pay package up to $312,000 annually Convenient Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays Opportunity to serve in a respected VA outpatient clinic with professional support Quick Facts Location: Pottsville, PA Start Date: As soon as credentialing permits Duration: Permanent position Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Hours/Week: 20-40 hours (full-time/part-time flexible) Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: PA medical license, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, BLS certification, DEA, ACLS (preferred) Experience: Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay range: $135 – $150/hour Competitive benefits package discussed upon application Opportunity to work at a leading VA outpatient clinic What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary medical care to enrolled veterans Manage patient health plans, including health education and preventive care Conduct same-day face-to-face, telehealth, and telephone visits Collaborate with support staff and multidisciplinary teams Participate in performance improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation What You Need MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine State medical license in Pennsylvania Authorization for prescriptive authority Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings Willingness to receive training in Women’s Health exams Valid BLS certification About the Assignment Join a community-focused clinic that delivers high-quality healthcare services to veterans in Pottsville, PA.
