Quick Facts: Location: Russellville, AR (1808 West Main Street) Start Date: 01/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing/Contract Shift: Clinic: 8 am – 4 pm, Monday – Thursday; Call: 1:4 nights/week, weekends from Friday 8 am to Monday 8 am Hours/Week: Approximately 32 hours + call coverage Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certs: Arkansas medical license, PALS certification, fetal monitoring certification required; IMLC providers considered with Quality Letter Experience: Previous OB/GYN clinical experience required Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (billing rate information is not included) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient gynecological and obstetric care in clinic setting Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage per schedule Assist with in-house lab testing, ultrasounds, and Non-Stress Tests (NST) Manage fetal monitoring and emergency response involving fetal distress Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other healthcare team members Follow all safety and quality guidelines for maternal and fetal health Maintain accurate documentation and patient records What You Need: Valid Arkansas medical license PALS certification Fetal monitoring certification At least 1 year of OB/GYN clinical experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and patient care skills About the Assignment: This role offers comprehensive clinic coverage plus on-call duties in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
