Lomita Boulevard, Suite 103) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Active and unrestricted California NP license, BLS, ACLS, DEA, Board Certified NP Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Women's Health or Urgent Care; Bilingual in Spanish preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $80.00 – $85.00/hour Benefits include: Excellent benefits package CME paid time off and stipend Malpractice coverage Federal and state loan repayment options for NHSC scholars What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive physical and health assessments for female patients Develop and implement individual care plans and treatment protocols Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery Manage patient education and counseling in women's health issues Document patient visits accurately and efficiently Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols Provide bilingual services as needed to Spanish-speaking patients What You Need Required: Active California NP license BLS, ACLS, DEA certifications Minimum 1-year experience in Women’s Health or Urgent Care Bilingual in Spanish (able to conduct assessments without an interpreter) Preferred: Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a reputable facility dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality women's healthcare.
