Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Illinois SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued, but not mandatory
- Flexibility to serve multiple sites in person is essential
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations, therapy, and support to students (PreK-8)
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Travel between campuses in Chicago and North Chicago as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and communicative school environment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
