\n*What You'll Do*\n
\n
\n* Represent clients in probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation\n
\n* Develop case strategy from initial filing through resolution\n
\n* Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and appellate-quality legal briefs\n
\n* Conduct and defend depositions\n
\n* Manage written discovery and subpoenas\n
\n* Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials\n
\n* Work closely with experienced litigators while building your own practice skills\n
\n
\n*What We're Looking For*\n

\n* Active California Bar license in good standing\n
\n* Litigation experience preferred (probate, trust, family law, civil litigation, or related practice areas)\n
\n* Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills\n
