Litigation Associate

*Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP*, a fast-growing business litigation firm headquartered in Irvine, California, is seeking attorneys for the Irvine, Riverside and soon to open Dana Point offices with 1-3 years of experience with commercial/consumer litigation experience to join our Automotive Litigation Group. The firm represents numerous Fortune 500 companies, mid-market business, franchise systems, high net worth individuals, and entrepreneurs.\n

\nAttorneys will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of trial lawyers, paralegals, and secretaries. Primary responsibilities will include preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for and conducting trials. If you are passionate about litigation and trial advocacy, this is a position that will allow you to develop and hone those experiences immediately.\n

\n*Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):*\n
\n
\n* Motion Practice\n
\n* Attend court hearings and trials\n
\n* Take and defend depositions\n
\n* Excellent research and writing skills\n
\n* Highly organized and able\n
\n* Team-oriented person who must be able to work collegially in a fast-paced team environment.\n
\n* Establish and maintain case work quality and consistency\n
\n* Maintain a high-level of communication with staff, attorneys and partners.\n
\n
\n*Required Experience:*\n
\n
\nMust be licensed to practice law in California and a member in good standing with the California State Bar.\n
