Quick Facts Location: Longmont, CO (1750 East Ken Pratt Boulevard) Start Date: Flexible End Date/Duration: Ongoing / As negotiated Shift: 6-12 night shifts per month, overnight Hours/week: 36-72 Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: Prior inpatient OB/GYN experience preferred Pay & Benefits Salary: $291,000 - $324,000 annually (full-time) Bonuses: Potential quality or productivity bonuses Additional Benefits: Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer match, 457(b) optional Paid family and medical leave (including Colorado FAMLI) Wellness and voluntary benefits (FSA, HSA, pet insurance, employee discounts) Relocation assistance possible Pay package discussed upon application What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care during nocturnist shifts, including labor management, deliveries, postpartum, and triage Manage gynecologic consults for acute issues overnight Perform urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients Collaborate with a dedicated team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers Support emergency obstetric situations and rapid response protocols Document all patient interactions accurately within Epic EMR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital safety protocols Assist in training or mentoring residents or APPs during shifts, if applicable Contribute to overnight process improvements and hospital committees as needed What You Need Required: Board Certified in OB/GYN, Colorado medical license or eligibility Preferred: Inpatient obstetric experience, strong teamwork skills, adaptable night-shift availability About the Assignment Join a collaborative, patient-focused team at a modern facility serving Longmont and surrounding communities.
