\nJOB SUMMARY\n
\n
\nAssist in creating technical plans and blueprints for current and potential Credit Union locations, including site developmental plans and building floor plans. Coordinate with Facilities & Maintenance staff on facilities updates, renovations, and installations and digitizing facility support documentation and designs.\n
\n
\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\n
\n
\nDesign site development plans and building floor plans using Autodesk AutoCAD LT and AutoCAD Civil 3D software.\n
\n
\nAssist in facility design development process with ability to translate concepts and sketches into technical documentation.\n
\n
\nModify existing designs based on feedback, project needs and potential renovations.\n
\n
\nAccurately present models and technical layouts of current and future Credit Union facilities.\n
\n
\nMaintain plan room documents and digital catalogue of blueprints and support documentation.\n
\n
\nAssist with coordinating construction and remodeling of buildings with contractors, architects, and Credit Union staff.\n
\n
\nKeep abreast of newer techniques in drafting and learning drafting functions in other CAD applications.\n
\n
\nUpdate floor plans, seating charts and branch construction documents as needed.\n
\n
\nWork with Facilities Coordinator on evaluating bids for related Credit Union needs from contractors and vendors, as needed.\n
\n
\nAssist with managing and recommending purchase of equipment and supplies based on technical blueprints.\n
\n
\nWork on special projects assigned by Support Services Director.\n
\n
\nFollow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.\n
\n
\nRepresent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance).\n
\n
\nMaintain regular and predictable attendance.\n
\n
\nWork cooperatively with others.\n
\n
\nAll other duties as assigned.\n
\n
\nQUALIFICATIONS\n
\n
\nEducation/Experience - Associate's degree or certificate in architectural design, civil engineering, construction engineering, or similar field preferred. One to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n
\n
\nQualifications and Requirements - Individual must possess the knowledge, skills and ability required to execute the essential functions in a satisfactory manner.\n
