Pay Range: $16.34 - $21.00 per hour

Adecco is hiring detail-oriented and dependable Production Assemblers / Quality Inspectors for a leading manufacturing facility in Devens, MA and Clinton, MA. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling high-quality products, performing inspections, and supporting production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble circuit boards, components, assemblies, and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions.

  • Perform in-process and final inspections to verify product quality and workmanship standards.

  • Operate production, testing, and inspection equipment efficiently and safely.

  • Accurately record production and quality data within manufacturing systems.

  • Identify, label, handle, and track materials and assemblies throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Monitor production materials and inventory levels to support uninterrupted operations.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Support production goals and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required, with at least one year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection, or related production environment.

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer and math skills, with experience using hand tools, barcode scanners, and inspection equipment preferred.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work with small components, and meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, and other required movements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay Details: $16.34 to $21.00 per hour
