Dermatologist (Clinical Trial Physician)

Location: San Jose, CA

Job Type: Part-Time (0-8 Hours/Week)

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) for assigned clinical trials.

  • Conduct medical evaluations and determine participant eligibility.

  • Monitor patient safety, adverse events, and treatment outcomes throughout the study.

  • Review, approve, and sign study-related documentation in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with study coordinators, research nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure successful trial execution.

  • Participate in protocol training and maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

  • Contribute to the advancement of innovative dermatology treatments through clinical research.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

  • Active California Medical License.

  • Board Certification in Dermatology.

  • Prior clinical research experience preferred, but training will be provided for qualified candidates.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
