Welders Fitters

Kamcor, Inc is actively seeking welders / fitters for shipyard work in Philadelphia PA.

We are looking for experienced Shipyard Welders and Fitters to join our elite team of professionals. In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, and repair vital metal components - including marine vessels, ship bulkheads, and structural steel - strickly to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate MIG, flux-core, and stick welding equipmant with high proficiency.

Fabricate and Fit metal components using diverse welding techniques to build and repair durable marine structures.

Utilize grinders and essential trade hand tools safely while wearing all required PPE.

Maintain strict compliance and industry codes and quality standards throughout the fabrication process.

Qualifications and experience

Proven hands on experience in metal welding and fitting within a shipyard setting.

Strong knowledge of wire feed welding (MIG, flux-core) and stick welding

Familiarity with standard hand tools and equipment used in metal fabrication.
