Quick Facts Location: 1 Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837 Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 01/11/2027 (with potential extension) Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (full-time, 4 days/week) Hours/Week: 32 hours (4 days/week) Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology, PA license or IMLC LOQ required, DEA required Experience: At least 2 years in Oncology/Hematology preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $498.86/hr Pay Package: Competitive pay discussed upon application Benefits Include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program 24/7 support team during assignment What You’ll Do Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care to adult patients (18+) with an expected 10 patients/day, growing over time Support a newly opened practice with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and support staff Manage general oncology and hematology cases, with hospital visits for inpatient consults Participate in day-to-day patient management within EPIC EMR system Cover weeknights and weekends on a 1:2 call schedule (60/40 split) Collaborate with support staff for patient care and compliance What You Need BC or BE in Oncology or Hematology PA license or IMLC LOQ to present DEA certification At least 2 years clinical experience in Oncology/Hematology preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a new medical oncology and hematology practice opening in September 2026. The clinic is inside a 131-bed hospital, offering outpatient care and hospital-based consults in a supportive environment.
