Quick Facts Location: Dothan, Alabama Start Date: 2/4/2026 (approximate, flexible start within 2-4 weeks) End Date/Duration: Ongoing full-time opportunity Shift: In-office, Mon-Fri, 8 am – 5 pm Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Licenses/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Experience: General urology, seasoned or new grads considered Pay & Benefits Compensation: Competitive salary, starting at $25,000 to $50,000 higher than Birmingham equivalents Additional Compensation: Productivity bonuses, signing bonus of $100,000 Benefits: Health, dental, disability & life insurance Employer-funded retirement plan Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME and licensure fee allowance Paid interview expenses Student loan repayment options as a PSLF eligible employer Pay package discussed upon application What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive urological care including general urology procedures Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in a busy, high-production setting Participate in a week-end call rotation (1 in 6 weeks) Manage a large referral base in a thriving practice Offer in-office lab services and patient consultations Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives What You Need Board Certified or eligible in Urology Active Alabama medical license or eligibility to obtain 0+ years of experience in general urology preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Dothan, Alabama, serving as the largest urology provider in the region.
