This on-site, full-time opportunity is perfect for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives with a busy caseload and enjoys collaborating in a team-focused atmosphere. Leverage your expertise as you work alongside facilitators, guide SLPAs, and provide exceptional direct service. Both seasoned SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) are welcomed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid CA SLP license and either SLP-CCC or eligible for CF supervision
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in California school settings
  • At least 1 year of experience with the SEIS documentation platform
  • Comfortable supervising SLPAs in conjunction with facilitators (highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage larger caseloads with frequent referrals
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued, though not required
  • Onsite availability (remote services not considered)
  • Willingness to take on a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week)

A Day in the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality speech/language therapy to students across diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team, including SLPAs when present
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using SEIS
  • Participate in IEP meetings and family team discussions
  • Maintain a flexible, organized approach to a high caseload
