Quick Facts Location: 400 West 16th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 Start Date: 06/20/2026 End Date/Duration: Perm position Shift: 24-hour shifts, 7–8 shifts/month Hours/Week: Variable based on scheduling Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent License/Certifications: Medical license in Colorado required Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits Salary: $324,000–$360,000/year Additional Compensation: Productivity bonuses may be available Pay Package: Competitive, discussed upon application Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance Retirement plans (403(b) match, 457(b)) CME allowance Paid malpractice insurance Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and relocation reimbursements (if applicable) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care including labor management and deliveries Conduct obstetric triage and gynecologic consultations Manage emergent gynecologic surgeries and acute clinical issues Collaborate with NICU team caring for newborns?31 weeks’ gestation Work alongside experienced CNMs and OB/GYN backup coverage Utilize Epic electronic medical records system for seamless patient care coordination Foster positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and support staff What You Need Required: Medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Previous hospitalist experience preferred Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience working with Level II-B NICU teams Ability to work 24-hour shifts comfortably About the Assignment Join a community-oriented facility in Pueblo, Colorado, providing high-quality obstetrical and gynecological care in a supportive environment.
