Quick Facts: Location: Boston, MA Start Date: 09/07/2026 End Date: 12/07/2026 Shift: 3x 13-hour days (06:00 – 19:00), no nights, no holidays Hours/week: 39 Employment Type: Short-term assignment License/Certs: MA State License, BC in Neurosurgery Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $129.98 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to state and federal laws Travel and licensing reimbursements when applicable Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements provided What You’ll Do: Participate in inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents Review patient plans, assess and see patients in need Manage orders, discharges, and patient documentation Work within a team to ensure optimal neurosurgical patient management Perform drain removals (hemovac / JP drains) preferred Collaborate on multidisciplinary care activities Provide patient education and discharge instructions What You Need: Current MA State License Board Certified in Neurosurgery At least 1 year of neuro-specific experience Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This role is based at a prominent hospital in Boston, providing inpatient neurosurgical care to pediatric patients. The facility is well-equipped with Epic EMR and offers a professional environment focused on quality outcomes.
