Quick Facts: Location: 1215 East Michigan Avenue, Lansing, MI 48912 Start Date: 07/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Based on credentialing, approximately 60-120 days Shift: Weekdays, 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM Hours per Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Locum / Contract License/Certifications: Current CRNA license for Michigan, ACLS required Experience: Prior experience in anesthesia, solo practice preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $187.60 (capped) Weekly Pay Schedule: Direct deposit paid weekly Benefits: Competitive pay packages Medical benefits (W-2 included) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support during your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide independently administered anesthesia at a specialized Endoscopy Center Manage 10-16 cases daily, including EGD with biopsies, colonoscopies, and combined procedures Administer MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care), including solo cases Document all procedures accurately in EPIC EMR system Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Ensure compliance with facility policies and anesthesia standards What You Need: Valid CRNA license for Michigan Clinical experience in anesthesia, especially in outpatient/endoscopy settings Ability to practice autonomously with confidence Strong communication and organizational skills About the Assignment: This role supports a busy Endoscopy Center providing adult and geriatric care, with a focus on MAC anesthesia for routine procedures. You will work with a dedicated team in a stable, well-equipped environment, helping to ensure high-quality patient care in a short-term capacity.
