• Follow production instructions provided by the manager or supervisor to complete assigned projects accurately and efficiently.

• Lift, carry, move, and position production materials weighing up to 65 pounds repetitively.

• Support heavy production and material-handling activities in a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment.

• Clean work areas and remove debris to maintain an organized and productive job site.

• Follow established procedures and use required personal protective equipment when working around debris or designated hazardous materials.

• Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and potential workplace hazards.

• Work safely and efficiently while standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Cooperate with supervisors and production team members to meet daily safety, quality, and productivity goals.

• Ability to lift and handle up to 65 pounds repetitively, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to remain on your feet and perform physically demanding work throughout the scheduled shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM-3:30 PM.

• Ability to follow verbal and written project instructions.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety, attendance, and dependability.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced heavy production or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to use required personal protective equipment and follow all job-site safety procedures.

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, general labor, construction, warehouse operations, or material handling.

• Familiarity with industrial safety practices and maintaining clean production areas.

• Experience working with heavy materials in a physically active environment.
