Job Description
\n Staffworks Group is seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Laborers to support production operations. This role involves hands-on manufacturing tasks, machine operation, quality checks, and general labor duties to support daily production goals. No prior manufacturing experience required; training is provided.\n

\n Shift: 2nd Shift $18.00 per hour\n
\n\n Location: CMWA Facility\n
\n\n

\n\n
\n Key Responsibilities:\n
\n- \n
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently \n
- Load, unload, and inspect automotive wheel components \n
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications \n
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards \n
- Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company work instructions \n
- Assist with material handling, basic assembly, and production line tasks \n
- Report any equipment issues, defects, or concerns to supervisors \n
- Maintain consistent attendance and meet daily production requirements \n
\n Qualifications:\n
\n- \n
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment \n
- Strong attention to detail and safety \n
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions \n
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required \n
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required \n
