Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This is a fully onsite opportunity that offers valuable experience supporting various Human Resources functions and special projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This is a fully onsite opportunity that offers valuable experience supporting various Human Resources functions and special projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Support special HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives, process improvements, and department-related assignments.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Track project deadlines and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare materials as needed.
- Support data entry, reporting, and audit activities.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources.
- Help organize training sessions, employee events, and other HR programs.
- Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Previous administrative, customer service, internship, or office experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable with exceptional follow-up and follow-through abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within Human Resources.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent support to the HR department.
