Quick Facts Location: Hopewell Township, NJ (Capital Way, 08534) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour daytime shifts Hours/Week: Variable, based on schedule Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Competitive salary package (details discussed upon application) Benefits: Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Retirement plan options Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team PTO and Parental Leave Employee assistance and wellness programs What You’ll Do Provide expert neonatal care in a busy Level 3 NICU with ~17 patients daily Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually Deliver advanced neonatal interventions including HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling Collaborate closely with obstetric and pediatric teams supporting a regional perinatal center Participate in teaching, mentoring, and potentially engaging with new residency programs Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to optimize neonatal outcomes Ensure quality, compassionate care in a challenging yet rewarding environment Maintain detailed medical records and communicate effectively with families and team members What You Need Required: Valid medical license in New Jersey Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology Additional certifications as required Minimum of 2+ years NICU experience Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to relocate if necessary Preferred: Experience in a Level 3 NICU setting Academic or teaching experience Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement About the Assignment Join a well-established, collaborative neonatal practice at Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell, a major regional perinatal center serving a vibrant community near Princeton, NYC, and Philadelphia.
