Quick Facts Location: 2700 Dolbeer Street, Eureka, CA 95501 Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Full-time Shift: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm (No call) Hours/Week: 40+ hours (4 weeks minimum per month) Employment Type: Contract/Locum License/Certs: Active California license, DEA, BLS, BC or BE in Hematology/Oncology Experience: 2+ years in a hospital or outpatient oncology setting, inpatient case logs required Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $1.00/hour (Note: pay may be adjusted upon official offer) Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, dental, life, and vision coverage (W-2) Paid sick time in line with applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other qualified expenses Robust referral bonus program 24/7 team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care at a leading facility in Eureka, CA Conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up visits Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex patient cases Manage chemotherapy treatments and coordinate diagnostic testing Document clinical encounters accurately and in a timely manner Assist with patient education and symptom management Support inpatient activities as needed, including providing inpatient case logs and documentation What You Need Current California Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration At least 2 years of inpatient or outpatient oncology experience BLS certification required Ability to staff at least 4 weeks per month Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Willingness to provide inpatient case logs demonstrating clinical activity About the Assignment Join a supportive team committed to delivering top-quality hematology and oncology care in Eureka, CA.
