Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Schedule: 32–40 hours per week, including every other weekend
Contract Duration: Approximately 6+ months
Hours: Up to 38 hours per week; shifts may range from 7–10 hours
Floating: May be required to float to nearby clinic locations

Job Summary:
\n We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused LVN/LPN to provide high-quality clinical care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room environments and be comfortable working with patients of all ages.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
\n
• Administer medications, vaccines, and prescribed treatments.
\n
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
\n
• Document patient information accurately using an EMR system.
\n
• Support patient education, care coordination, and disease management.
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary care teams.
\n
• Float to nearby locations based on business needs.
\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
\n
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
\n
• Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
\n
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
\n
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience is preferred.
\n
• Current BLS certification.
\n
• Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including every other weekend and some major holidays.
\n
• Must be available to complete the initial three-week training and orientation period.
\n
