*Job Summary and Responsibilities*\n
\nAs our Cardiac Cath Lab Director, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards.\n
\nEvery day you will optimize scheduling, resources, and workflow, while developing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.\n
\nTo succeed, you need strong leadership, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to drive quality and compliance for superior patient outcomes.\n
\n* Coordinates patient flow\n
\n* Consults in patient care situations requiring advanced competency and knowledge and serves as clinical resource for problem solving and assists staff with patient‐related issues and emergency situations\n
\n* Acts as liaison and collaborates with other departments, physicians and patient care services to facilitate care progression and ensure quality nursing care\n
\n* Serves as a role model to develop staff competence in the delivery of nursing care based on national professional standards\n
\n* Recognizes noncompliance and demonstrates correct application of hospital policy and procedures, and responsible for cost effective operations and initiatives\n
\n* Facilitates unit‐based performance enhancement program/projects\n
\n*Job Requirements**Required*\n
\n* Bachelor's degree\n
\n* Five (5) years leadership experience\n
\n* One of the following licenses in the state of Texas\n
\n* Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer\n
\n* Registered Nurse\n
\n* Medical Radiographer\n
\n* Registered Vascular Technologist\n
\n* Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer\n
\n* Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days of hire\n
\n* Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within six (6) months of hire\n
