Quick Facts: Location: Oklahoma City, OK Start Date: Flexible; immediate openings End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: 24-hour shifts (~10 per month) Hours/Week: Approximately 40 Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Experience: Recent graduates encouraged to apply Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Starting salary from $265,000 with annual increases Bonuses: Monthly guaranteed first-year bonus and annual year-end bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid licensing fees Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Additional benefits: FSA, HSA, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, voluntary benefits Family support: Robust benefit plans supporting health and well-being What You’ll Do: Provide expert coverage at 2 Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital: 43-bed NICU, ADC of 29 Norman Regional Hospital: 26-bed NICU, ADC of 14 Utilize advanced services like HFOV, jet ventilators, and MFM support Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and 24/7 NNP support Participate in a balanced work schedule with out-of-house shifts Engage in a collegial/private practice environment Contribute to patient care in a community hospital setting Support new fellowship graduates in their professional growth What You Need: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Residency in Neonatology Ability to relocate if outside local area Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering high-quality neonatal care About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Oklahoma City, a vibrant community that blends small-town charm with urban amenities.
