Drive Security Innovation Across the Product Lifecycle

As a Product Security Engineering Architect, you will lead efforts to develop and implement robust product security solutions that support critical business and customer commitments. You will play a key role in advancing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) capabilities, securing cloud environments, and ensuring product resiliency from concept through deployment and ongoing operations.

Your expertise will directly influence the security posture of complex aerospace systems and help establish security standards that support the future of aviation.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and sustainment of product security and resiliency strategies across the full product lifecycle.

  • Support the development and implementation of BCA Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions to meet customer commitments and program requirements.

  • Design and enhance security architectures and system requirements to meet certification, regulatory, and customer security standards.

  • Architect and secure cloud-based environments utilizing AWS and/or Azure technologies.

  • Ensure the security of facilities, equipment, networks, tools, data, and resources used throughout product development and operational support.

  • Define and communicate security requirements for suppliers providing components and subsystems for complex aerospace products.

  • Collaborate with customers, government agencies, suppliers, and industry partners to identify risks and improve security standards.

  • Lead research and development initiatives resulting in innovative product security solutions.

  • Advise stakeholders on maintaining product security certifications and understanding the security impacts of system modifications.

  • Support security integration activities throughout design, testing, production, deployment, and ongoing support operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product security, cybersecurity architecture, cloud security, or related engineering disciplines.

  • Hands-on experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies and security frameworks.

  • Experience designing, architecting, or securing AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.

  • Strong understanding of security architecture, risk management, and secure system design principles.

  • Ability to develop and communicate complex security requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in highly regulated or complex technical environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting aerospace, aviation, defense, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Knowledge of product security certification requirements and compliance standards.

  • Experience working with secure cloud migrations, identity management, or enterprise security infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with supplier security requirements and third-party risk management.

  • Experience leading large-scale security initiatives or enterprise architecture projects.

  • Advanced understanding of secure software development and systems engineering methodologies.

Pay Details: $75.75 per hour
