Standard M-F clinic schedule, 8 am – 5 pm, with shared call for weekends Competitive salary, with potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Join a high-caliber, collegial team at a large, accredited hospital in scenic Coos Bay Quick Facts Location: 1775 Thompson Road, Coos Bay, OR 97420 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Clinic, M-F, 8 am – 5 pm Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent License/Certs: BE/BC in Cardiology, Nuclear and Echo certifications strongly preferred Experience: 3+ years preferred; no new grads Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology services Interpret EKG, echocardiograms, nuclear imaging, stress tests, TEE, and cardiac monitors Conduct patient evaluations, including history and physical assessments Collaborate with other specialties to ensure high standards of care Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnostic data Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive care Maintain accurate records in electronic medical records Participate in outreach services to nearby critical access hospitals when needed Attend medical staff meetings and contribute to clinical practice policies Stay current with CME requirements and maintain licensure and certifications What You Need Required: BE/BC in Cardiology (Non-Invasive) Nuclear and Echo certification preferred License to practice in Oregon Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; NRP highly preferred Minimum 3 years of experience preferred; no recent grads Clean malpractice history and background Preferred: Experience with a broad scope of cardiac diagnostics and treatments Ability to provide outreach services Comfortable working in a low-stress, engaging environment About the Assignment This full-time, permanent role at a prominent hospital in Coos Bay offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiology care in a community-focused setting.
