Quick Facts: Location: Savannah, GA (4700 Waters Avenue) Start Date: 05/15/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent role Shift: Full-time, flexible shifts available Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (or as scheduled) Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position Licenses/Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia, Neonatal certification preferred but not required Experience: New graduates encouraged to apply; previous NICU experience preferred but not essential Pay & Benefits: Pay Package: Competitive compensation; hourly rate at $1.00 Additional Compensation: Robust sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, potential tuition reimbursement Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision insurance; life, disability coverage; FSA and HSA options; 401(k) plan; Employee Stock Purchase Program; voluntary benefits; licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible reimbursements What You’ll Do: Provide advanced neonatal care within a 92-bed Level IV NICU setting Manage critically ill and premature newborns, working closely with a team of neonatologists and NP colleagues Collaborate across pediatric subspecialties and support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia Participate in multidisciplinary family-centered care planning and ongoing professional development Engage in clinical mentoring and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Document patient care accurately, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards Support training and orientation for new staff and residents rotating through the NICU What You Need: Active Georgia RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification Neonatal NP experience or new graduate training programs encouraged Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate approach to neonatal care and family support About the Assignment: Join a highly respected neonatal team at Memorial Health University Medical Center, a leading facility in Savannah, Georgia.
