Quick Facts Location: Davenport, IA Start Date: 08/10/2026 End Date: 11/09/2026 Shift: Flexible schedule, 40 hours/week (shift details per facility needs) Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Current RN license and ARNP license as per Iowa state requirements; certification as a clinical specialist/NP by ANCC or equivalent Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical mental health preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $110/hour for travel candidates, local candidates within 50 miles to receive $97/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide diagnostic assessments and prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for patients with mental health conditions Interpret biopsychosocial data to inform clinical decisions Order, review, and monitor labs and medication regimens Maintain accurate, timely patient records and treatment documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and serve as a patient advocate Educate patients and families about treatment plans and medication management Respond to utilization management and quality of care requests What You Need Active RN license and Iowa ARNP license required Certification as a clinical specialist/NP by ANCC or accepted certifying body At least 3 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred Strong knowledge of psychotropic medications and mental health assessments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare organization in Davenport, Iowa, providing high-quality mental health services in a supportive environment committed to patient care and professional growth.
