Quick Facts: Location: 243 Elm Street, Claremont, NH 03743 Start Date: Immediate / Upon acceptance End Date/Duration: Based on assignment needs Shift: Various (including 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts) Hours/Week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: Contract / Possible extension Licenses/Certifications: NH RN License, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Experience: Preferred 1+ year of relevant emergency or critical care experience Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $31.00 - $43.00 (based on experience) Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Potential relocation reimbursement Comprehensive health insurance options (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off (ETO) accrual Supportive team environment Opportunities for continuing education and professional development What You’ll Do: Provide professional nursing care in a small, rural emergency department Perform head-to-toe assessments on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Manage pain and administer medications accurately following the SIX rights Assist physicians with procedures and treatments, including cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management Monitor patient hemodynamics and interpret results Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating flexibility and independence What You Need: Valid New Hampshire RN license ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications 1+ year of emergency or critical care nursing preferred Strong assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a small-unit setting About the Assignment: Join a dedicated team at a welcoming facility committed to high-quality emergency care.
