UROLOGY SENIOR MEDICAL DIRECTOR PHYSICIAN

OPPORTUNITY:
\nLooking for a Board Certified Urologist to serve as Senior Medical Director of our well established, hospital employed practice. This a full time position offering flexible scheduling. Leadership experience preferred.
\nCOMPENSATION:
\n* Base salary of $708,320 * for initial two year contract.
\n* 5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification
\n2-year contract also includes:
\n* Vacation: 272 hours of holidays/sick days (34 PTO days).
\n* CME/Books & Journals: 80 hours (10 days PTO) and up to $7,000
\n* Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $24,500 year before taxes. No matching.
\n* Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $24,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $31,000 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.
\n* Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company
\n* Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $2,000,000, per claim/$6,000,000, aggregate
\n* Health Insurance: physician pays small premium, deducted from paycheck
\n* Liquidated Damages: 70 mile and 2 year non-compete clause or liquidated damages of one year salary
\n* Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
\n* Residency Stipend: up to $25,000 (requires up to 2 year service commitment)
\n* Sign on Bonus: 15% of base salary up to $100,000 (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2-4 years depending on amount of bonus)
\n* Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary

\no 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday
\no 8:00am - noon Friday

\n* Call Schedule/CERP (if applicable)
\no 1:3 call, approx. 17 weeks/year
\n* Staffing
\no 2 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Medical Office Assistants, 6 Clinical Staff, 1 Surgery Scheduler, and 1 UDS Technician
\n* Case Load
\no 15-20 patients/day in outpatient clinic, 3-4 half day clinics
\no 4-8 procedures/day in the OR
\n* Equipment
\no Meditech and Dragon Medical One
\no UDS Machine
\no 2 Monitors for Cystoscopies
\no 3-4 Rigid Cystoscopes
\no 8 Flexible Cystocopes
\no Disposable Cystoscopes w/ two monitors and a bovie
\no Ultrasound machine w/ one vaginal/rectal ultrasound probe along with a Trophon
\n* Practice Expectations

\no Participation in weekly tumor board meetings
