We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale industrial construction project. If you excel at organization, communication, and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• \n

  Coordinate daily construction activities and keep project tasks moving forward.

\n
• \n

  Track production, labor hours, RFIs, submittals, material deliveries, and project documentation.

\n
• \n

  Schedule meetings, maintain action logs, and ensure follow-up on outstanding items.

\n
• \n

  Support communication between Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineering, Procurement, and Field Operations.

\n
• \n

  Maintain project trackers, reports, and dashboards while assisting with scheduling and progress reporting.

\n

Qualifications

\n
• \n

  5+ years of Project Coordination or Construction Coordination experience.

\n
• \n

  Industrial, manufacturing, refinery, or large commercial construction experience preferred.

\n
• \n

  Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and/or Primavera P6.

\n
• \n

  Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

\n
• \n

  Ability to work effectively with both office and field personnel.

\n
