The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.\n

Position Details:\n

Minimum Qualifications:
\n Education: Graduate from a school of nursing.
\n Experience: Three years of hospital nursing experience.
\n Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice.
\n Certifications: BLS and ACLS before beginning first shift

\n Preferred Qualifications:
\n Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
\n Experience: Five years of hospital nursing experience

\n

\n Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
\n Strong leadership and management skills
\n Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
\n Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
