Quick Facts Location: Seattle, WA Start Date: Immediate or upon client approval End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: 24-hour shifts (6-8 shifts per month) Hours/week: 36–48 hours (depending on shifts) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Preferably recent OB/GYN hospitalist experience Pay & Benefits Salary: $285,120 to $380,160 annually (based on shifts) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Prescription drug coverage Teladoc and Second Opinion services Disability insurance (Short-term & Long-term) Life insurance (Basic, Spouse, Child, AD&D) Retirement plans (401(k), Profit-Sharing) Employee stock purchase plan Parental leave, paid sick leave Continuing education assistance Additional perks including identity theft protection and supportive programs What You'll Do Provide obstetric, gynecological, and hospitalist care across two major facilities: Swedish Medical Center-First Hill and Swedish Issaquah Support maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) and OB teams during labor and deliveries, surgeries, and obstetric emergencies Manage triage and emergency obstetric cases, including ectopic pregnancies and torsions Perform routine gynecological procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy Collaborate with MFM team in a supportive and collegial environment Participate in teaching OB residents and fellows Work flexible schedules with a focus on work-life balance Contribute to clinical care excellence and ongoing medical education What You Need Required: Valid medical license in Washington State or eligible for licensing Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Residency training in OB/GYN Preferred: Previous hospitalist experience in OB/GYN Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Seattle, WA, known for its excellent patient care and collaborative medical teams.
