Quick Facts Location: Dothan, AL Start Date: ASAP or negotiable End Date/Duration: Permanent, full-time Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (no weekends or inpatient duties) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time, permanent License/Certs: Medical license in Alabama (or eligible) Experience: Prior endocrinology experience preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits Pay package: Competitive base salary with additional compensation for call (exact figures discussed upon application) Additional incentives: $100,000 signing bonus Benefits: 25 days of paid time off (PTO) Comprehensive insurance: health, dental, vision, life, pet insurance Retirement benefits Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME and licensure fee allowances Student loan repayment options (eligible under PSLF) What You’ll Do Provide outpatient endocrine consultation and management for adult patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a shared clinic environment Precept medical students and residents Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education Utilize lab and radiology services provided in-house Contribute to the clinic’s commitment to excellent patient care What You Need Medical license in Alabama or eligible for licensure Board certification or eligible in Endocrinology Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently in a collaborative setting About the Assignment Join a dedicated team in a welcoming outpatient clinic in Dothan, Alabama, offering a balanced schedule with no inpatient or call responsibilities.
